Coombe Valley View Description

Situated in the grounds of 16th cent Penstowe Manor Park holiday village under 3 miles to excellent Sandymouth beach and approx 4 miles from the beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. Coombe Valley View is a large detached and spacious luxury lodge in a landscaped setting but does not have use of Penstowe Manor facilities (it may be that there will be access to the restaurant and bar but best to assume no access). Coombe Lodge style accommodation set amidst Penstowe Manor 30 acres grounds, with lovely country views from the lodge towards Coombe Valley. Coombe Valley View is just a 5 minutes walk into Kilkhampton village with its mini-supermarket and two Country Inn's (restaurant). Coombe Valley view has an attractive front patio with round picnic table (take an el fresco meal or breakfast while enjoying the lovely country views) with small flowerbed at rear. Bude beach resort boasts a large range of attractions including boating up the canal,canal Bird Nature Reserve, a huge free open air swimming pool on the main beach,Bude Leisure Centre with indoor swimming pool and bowls, golf course and much more. Bude is renowned for its large classic sandy surfing beaches and spectacular coastline and walks. It is also known as a quieter alternative to busier resorts such as Newquay.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 has 1 King size bed with a large chest of drawers with mirror over and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds (one of the beds is a pull out 2ft 6 ins width full length slider bed which can also be placed in living area), wardrobe (Curtains have blockout lining (good for babies and small children). Large open plan living area. The kitchen area has a 4 burner ceramic hob, a built in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Breakfast bar with 4 stools or can dine in lounge area table. Lounge area with wide screen T.V.,DVD, small dining table and soft seating for 5. Bathroom with bath, overhead power shower, washbasin and toilet.

Free parking in Penstowe main parking area a few minutes stroll away. No pets. Heating by modern wall mounted electric dimplex heaters in all rooms. Electric is by vouchers bought at Penstowe Manor reception. Linen supplied inclusive.
