Hollybank is an attractive & high standard detached modern bungalow with free WI-FI in the tiny hamlet of London Apprentice 2 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. Between the Eden Project & Heligan Gardens. The harbour of Charleston, St Austell & the excellent beach at Pentewan Sands are 2 miles. Mevagissey is 4 miles. Short stroll to a restaurant; pub 1 mile. The bungalow is in a country setting on a hillside with beautiful views over Kings Woods and the Pentewan valley. It is one of 3 properties at the end of a short private drive. Enclosed surrounding lawns with shrubs & trees and having a patio (table & seating) with excellent views from patio over the valley. Steps up to property and sloping gardens so not suitable for disabled.

Cottage Facilities

Free WI-FI. Linen inclusive. Electric inclusive. Central heating inclusive but between last Saturday in Sept and last Saturday in March is available at £20 per week, payable upon arrival. Log effect electric fire in lounge.

Parking space on private gravel drive for 1 car (2nd car on road). 1 small dog welcome (no charge for a dog). This cottage is non-smoking.
