Rose Cottage Description

Semi-detached Rose Cottage is situated under 3 miles from Penzance, West Cornwall & only 2 miles from the beautiful sandy beaches stretching from Penzance to Marazion. St Ives is approx 6 miles. This attractive stone cottage has been tastefully converted from a barn in recent years and is one of a small number of similar barn conversions grouped together in a peaceful courtyard setting somewhat separate from and at the rear of 400 years old Kenegie Manor site, a landscaped holiday village based on the old Manor House. A stay at this cottage provides a peaceful setting and traditional cottage style accommodation but with the option of using Kenegie Manor Holiday Park facilities (the cottage is let on the understanding that due to covid19 the facilities may not be available or if available may be subject to social distancing or some other restriction) such as the indoor heated swimming pool & sauna (both free). Enjoy strolling or relaxing in the lovely Kenegie Manor landscaped grounds. The swimming pool & sauna are available from Feb 16 to November 2. October 31 and there is occasional live entertainment during the summer. Holidaymakers staying at the cottage have inclusive Club Membership. The facilities include the Old Forge Bar and club with food menu & dining area, Internet access (bring own laptop) and WIFI with amusements (pool table etc), Swimming Pool, Sauna, coin operated Launderette, tennis, small play park for children,and small putting green. The cottage is let on the understanding that due to the impact of covid-19 the Kenegie Manor facilities such as swimming pool may not be available or if available may be subject to social distancing or some other restriction. This part of Cornwall has many of the best holiday attractions and theme parks in the county, together with many of the best beaches including Chapel Porth beach. St Michaels Mount castle (reached by boat or beach causeway at low tide) is visible from Kenegie Manor entrance. Rear patio; and communal lawn/grounds.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King size double bed plus T.V. & compact en-suite shower room with shower, toilet & washbasin. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 single bed (adult length but 2 ft 6 ins width)and 1 single put-you-up bed (adult length but 2 ft 6 ins width) plus T.V. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Lounge with Flat Screen T.V., DVD and french doors onto rear garden. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave & fridge. Launderette on Kenegie Manor. Downstairs bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet.
