& roomy semi-detached house ( the left side in the above photo)

door to St Austell 37 below in a pleasant country setting just outside
the village of Roche, 5 miles from St Austell and 10 miles from
Newquay,
Cornwall. Excellent beach at Carlyon Bay is 7 miles. Eden Project 7
miles.
Roche village has the Rock Inn (good selection of food, beer garden
&
entertainment), shops, chinese takeaway, Jade Palace.The house was
built
during 2003, the owner’s having taken great care in providing
appealing
accommodation. An added attraction are the 2 donkeys in the
adjoining
paddock (at time of going to print) , the donkey stable being just
visible
on the left of the photo at the top of the lawn. One of three houses in
a rural setting, overlooking a field with a duckpond.

end-terraced house in a quieter residential street in the beach resort
of Bude, North Cornwall. Under 5 minutes level stroll to superb
Crooklets
beach and cafe and places to eat. A short walk into Bude town shops,
beachside
pubs and restaurants. Bude’s large classic sandy beaches are
amongst the
best in Cornwall. Bude has varied holiday attractions, a favourite for
surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on the beach, golf course,
leisure
centre, boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. Great for a
beach holiday with spectacular coastal walks. At low tide try the
approx 2 miles walk along the beaches to Sandymouth & the
Coombe
Valley or choose the cliff top option. Parking on the road outside, no
restrictions, always plenty of room. There is a small enclosed front
garden
with garden gate and a rear enclosed yard area.
